Safeguarding
How to raise a concern about the conduct of anyone working with us.
Our commitment
Everyone we work with has the right to be safe. We do not tolerate sexual exploitation, abuse or harassment by anyone who works or volunteers with us, and we take every concern seriously.
- Our help is never conditional on anything in return.
- We listen to the people we serve, especially women and children, and act on what they tell us.
- We protect the identity of anyone who raises a concern.
- We look into every report and take action where it is confirmed.
What happens next
A senior member of our team receives your report in confidence, replies to you, and decides with you on the next steps. If someone is in immediate danger, we help them reach the services they need.
